What to expect
Frozen shipment
Cells ship in cryovials on dry ice. Our team coordinates with your institution's receiving requirements.
Delivery
Typically 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, subject to supplier stock.
On arrival
Thaw straight away into pre-warmed medium, or move to liquid nitrogen. Immune cells are sensitive — follow the supplier’s thaw protocol exactly.
