As the CEO of one of India's largest life sciences distributors and leading manufacturers, Neelam devises custom, holistic solutions that address multiple business areas and resolve persistent challenges. Guided by strong principles and a keen eye for engaging automation, she has been recognised for her inspiring leadership and for building a customer-first company culture.

Kalpesh, an immunology expert with a PhD in Marketing, is the co-founder and COO of Krishgen. He has leveraged 25 years of experience, scientific insight and strong connections within the Indian biotech industry to keep Krishgen in step with new trends and emerging technologies.

He has been instrumental in transforming the company from a distributor into one of the leading providers of bioassays in India and globally. His transparency in communication with customers, and his passion for quality and excellence, form the pillars of Krishgen's values.

With an academic background in biotechnology and strong marketing skills, Krisha manages the exports division for Krishgen manufactured products. She plays a pivotal role in expanding reach into new markets, forging strategic partnerships and implementing successful commercial strategies to drive growth.
