Indispensable tools for testing pharmaceuticals, performing toxicology or testing for drugs of abuse.
E. coli & microbial cell culture solutions providing superior results when all three components are used simultaneously.
Key features
610% increase in yield in economical parallel protein expression screening and scale-up in Escherichia coli (data from Pfizer). E. coli cultured in Thomson Ultra Yield® Flasks show cells going from Log Phase to Transition Phase (as opposed to Stationary Phase), resulting in an increase in microbial OD, a more stable pH and a lower acetate level compared to glass flasks (data from GSK).
Mammalian & insect cell culture offerings supporting 40-50% fill volumes. Designed for mammalian and insect cell culture, superior to traditional shake flasks making shake cabinets a much more efficient space in the lab.
Key features
HEK-293 transient production: Optimum Growth® Flasks show better cell viability, a higher protein concentration and, due to having 2X greater volume, a higher total protein yield. CHO stable pool production: better cell viability and a higher protein concentration in a smaller footprint shake flask.
