The Ultimate Biophysics Tool: Fast and Accurate In-Solution Analysis of Proteins and Nanoparticles
Fida 1 is a versatile, easy-to-use platform that gives fundamental, quantitative information about your samples — including size, polydispersity, environmental stability, aggregation, viscosity and labeling efficiency. It takes 4 minutes and only four µL of sample, analysed “as is”: labeled or label-free, with no immobilization or buffer constraints, at 4–55 °C, purified or non-purified.
Supported by dedicated software, Fida 1 also offers advanced analyses of membrane proteins, targeted protein degradation, liquid-liquid phase separation, VHH clone selection, bi-specifics, immunogenicity, exosomes and AAVs, and is already used by large pharmaceutical companies and leading research institutions.
Key Learning Objectives
- Flow-induced dispersion analysis gives fundamental information about the parameters essential for understanding your samples
- Fida 1 enables advanced analysis of complex constructs and complicated interactions
- Easy-to-use software — generating data needs only a few hours of training
